I had a mediocre experience with Betania. While their website was user-friendly, I was not overly impressed with their selection of artwork. The quality was average, and I had higher expectations based on the images provided. Additionally, the customer service was lacking as it took several attempts to receive a response to my inquiries. I will be looking elsewhere for my future art purchases.
