I went to impact to buy a new charger as mine had not been working. After I was about to buy a new one for 45$ they diagnosed the probelm as the power cord and gave it to me for free! They also gave me a mug and a mouse pad for free! Now that's putting the customer first. I will go back 100% for any more of my computer needs.
