This hotel is so overpriced- we have paid much less and received so much more from Shutters, Peninsula Hotels, Fairmont, L Auberge Sedona, Belmond Charleston and Belmond Peru Rosewood . Absolutely no amenities for having an expensive Suite. Our room smelled like a we dog and had to be sprayed to eliminate odor. Internet was terrible. Ice Machine was broken and directed us to another floor. Elevator was filthy. Booked through American Express Travel and they could have cared less. I am in the hospitality industry and never complain.
Stayed at Omni La Costa the next three nights and it was amazing service and beautiful room for 1/3rd of the price. One upside was Valet was outstanding and made everyone feel special unlike front desk.
