TWO SECONDS AWAY FROM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH DCECU!
The app is deeply flawed! The Credit Card portion could be greatly improved. Transactions don't show up for days and when you transfer money to the Credit Card to pay it off, that takes days to show up, as well, when the Checking/Savings Accounts show up instantly. The Credit Card portion also doesn't show the exact amount you owe for that month. It shows the minimum owed ($25).
I always pay my complete balance shown on the app (transactions due and some transactions not yet due) early, and I won't use my card for sometime and there is still a balance! This has been happening so, I reached out via messages on the app and my customer service representative was STEVEN. Steven is arrogant, sarcastic, and flat out rude to customers. I called to talk to a supervisor to get this all straightened out and that was completely useless!
Staff at DCECU are rude and inattentive. I do not recommend for banking purposes.
