As a CUSTOMER, I would rate West Coast Clinics as average. The service provided was decent, but not exceptional. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. The waiting time was longer than expected, and the receptionist wasn't very friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
