I found this company on accident. My car was over heating on the road, so I pulled into the nearest parking lot to turn my engine off and add coolant. Unfortunately, i found out I had a leak somewhere in the system and had to leave the car. I called and left a frantic message essentially begging them not to tow my vehicle and got a ride home.
Later, a nice man called and reassured me that they wouldn t tow my car and got my car information. If this is how they handle a random citizen with car problems, I bet the communication with a potential client would be outstanding. I had to leave a little review because I was so impressed with level of concern, politeness and overall care I was treated during a stressful time.
