I have been a customer of Metropolitan Planning Council for a few years now, and I must say they are doing an average job. The services provided are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is quite informative and user-friendly, which is a plus. However, the response time for inquiries could be faster. Overall, my experience has been fairly average with this company.
