I recently purchased some items from their website and overall, it was an okay experience. The products arrived on time and were in good condition. However, I did have some issues with the checkout process as it was a bit confusing. It would be great if they could simplify the process and make it more user-friendly. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.
