I went to a very good medical supply store for a second opinion because I had not received adequate advice about my Airloc orthosis elsewhere. Coincidentally, there was a Bauerfeind training course there that day. An employee took the time and not only gave me tips about my Airloc and put them on myself again, but also patiently explained the differences between the orthoses. The telling of one's own similar injury instilled trust and authenticity. I can only thank him warmly (and the committed young colleague from the medical supply store) and recommend the company's products to others.
