Rosanna did not have a clue what she was talking about. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Did not have the slightest product knowledge, she had to constantly refer back to her manager who did not know much either. I was promised 4% return on my full payment I still have not recieved yet. Will be calling back tomorrow to cancel policy now that I have recieved the documents m, it s a scam they don t cover anything you will be paying this company for nothing accept an headache.
