My husband Noel Gerard Parker graduated from Prosser. He is an exceptional husband, father, and man of God.
His expertise at what he does in the field of engineering is most exceptional.
I was reading about the enslaved blacksmith Gabriel Prosser and I had thought possibly that my husband's high school was named after him. After I found out it wasn't and you invited me to rate my experience; I wanted to take the opportunity to do so.
