I have been a customer of Bill Kriste Insurance for a while now, and I have to say they are just average. The website, covermyauto.com, is user-friendly and makes it easy to get a quote. However, their rates are not the most competitive in the market. Additionally, I have had some issues with their customer service team being unresponsive at times. Overall, I would say they are an average insurance company.
