Previous owner had great customer service. 4-5 employees would ask if you need help as you walk through the store and always friendly. First trip into store a week ago and walked around for 15 minutes. Other than checkout person, not an employee in sight the entire time. This is a neighborhood store with big shoes to fill as previous owner was super welcoming. You ll have to do better. I was very disappointed.
