This place is a joke to work for. They lie and play games. Do not work here as a programmer. The atmosphere feels like communist China and the managers are shady. The culture is one that feels like a southern plantation, do as master says. The managers will lie to your future employers about why you left the company. It is really sad that they would slander someone's name and try to ruin their career. Their frail egos have left them shells of men that are incapable of being honest with themselves about the reality of the events around them. They were not good developers so I don't know what the train of thought was in making them managers thinking they would do more than talk all day.
