We have to leave this review, we MUST. CarlosT. our waiter, is ALWAYS upbeat, cheerful, courteous, professional, fast, etc. We keep asking for him, but if he's not available, we ask for Lori T. Carlos and Lori are our choices, but in no way want to disrespect any other waiter/waitress, respectfully. We always have an AWESOME time at our favorite restaurant of choice. We feel great going in and great departing. We want to let management know how we think and feel. As always, support your people and always thrive to make things better. We mention to management not each time, but often to let them know about our experience. We have nothing negative to say and we commend the hostesses too for doing their jobs. We asked for our lasagna to be center piece cut and we got just that for my Birthday last week. Thank you Olive Garden for ALL you do, but people, please understand we've been in a pandemic for over a year and sometimes there are off days like anywhere else you may go so, just hang in there...we support you Olive Garden!!
