Management and accounting processes need to be improved. We were wrongly invoiced / billed for a service that did not occur in our office. After the error was pointed out, it took MONTHS of trying to communicate with the accounting department to correct the clear billing error. Finally, when a decision maker was found at the company s, a refund check was ultimately produced. I assume that this is an uncommon occurrence, but the company should look into why this happened to avoid future unhappy customers
