I ve ordered from this location before, this is the second time I ve experienced their lack of customer service and quality of food. The fries were cold, the jerk turkey tips were dry and burnt and the turkey chili was room temperature with grease on top. Please keep in mind the order was not correct the first time, once I returned with the incorrect order no apology of any sort. I just hope they take this opportunity to turn things around. It s a great location, the menu is sufficient but the service and cooks need to get it together. No one wants to waste their money on garbage.
