I recently came across the website contactsalescompany.com and decided to give their services a try. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While their website was easily navigable and provided ample information about their products, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and the representatives seemed uninformed about certain aspects of their products. However, I must commend them on their competitive pricing. The products I purchased were reasonably priced and of decent quality. Additionally, the delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. While there were some areas for improvement, I think that with better customer service, Contact Sales could greatly enhance their overall service and make it a more enjoyable experience for their customers.
