I recently used this logistics company for moving my belongings to a new location. I must say that my overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly with all the necessary information easily accessible. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during the process. It would have been great if they had kept me informed about the progress of my shipment. Moreover, the delivery was delayed by a day, which was inconvenient for me. On a positive note, the staff was polite and professional when they finally arrived with my belongings. 🤔 Considering the price I paid for the service, I expected a smoother experience. While they managed to get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and punctuality.
