Beware....Sun Toyota service department recommends...

Beware....Sun Toyota service department recommends items that are not needed. I went to have an oil change and made a appointment, but it still took 2 1/2 hours to complete. When I was called back to pickup my car it was recommended we pay for a battery cleaning due to battery corrosion, upon me inspecting the battery there was no corrosion on it. When I asked the person at Sun Toyota about why this was recommended to me I was told the technician cleaned it off already and that oh by the way they also broke my windshield wipers so they replaced those as well. I said if the tech cleaned the battery why would they clean it then ask for payment for a service after the fact. They had no answer for me on this. I really feel the staff there is not being honest with customers which in my opinion is no way to do business.
