I recently used a mortgage application platform, and I have mixed feelings about it. While the platform itself is easy to navigate and use, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory answers. The progress updates on my loan were also infrequent. Overall, I think there is room for improvement with Floify.
