I wonder what it is that these people do not understand that beating people with wooden boards is no longer acceptable in the 21st century in the United States of America? Would you allow these administrators to hit your Mother or another grown member of your family with a wood board--(and the victims of this abuse are smaller human beings)? Will they ever be able to overcome their culture of violence?
