I contacted the folks here about an issue with the pegs on my violin slipping. I explained I'd bought it online from another music store so it had never had a professional set up. They said I could drop it in and they'd take a look. The lady on the phone and the gentleman who greeted me at the door were both very friendly and helpful. Within half an hour of dropping it off they talked me through my options and the price points for them (either just fix the issue with the pegs, or give it a full set up) and I opted to just fix the pegs as it is only a cheaper student violin and would be looking to upgrade soon. They sorted the pegs for me the same day (within a few hours) at a very reasonable cost. The folks here seemed incredibly knowlegable, were very welcoming and friendly. One of the best experiences I've had in a music store of any kind even though it was a simple drop off and collect affair. I'm looking forward to coming back once lockdown is over to look for a new violin!
