Washington department of corrections will go out of there way to hide evidence for example a friend of mine was in coyote ridge correction center was punched in the side of his neck by a skin head his heart stopped he received cpr from another inmate for almost 8 min. The guards did nothing for him and department of corrections is hiding the video. Evidence that they did not protect him and that the guards had complet disregard for his life. How is that honestly or justice.
