I had a mixed experience with Upa. The customer service I received was excellent, but the product quality was average. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quickly. However, the product I received did not meet my expectations. It was not as durable as I had hoped and started to show signs of wear after just a few uses. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, I would rate Upa as average.
