I called to see about getting a pick-up truck insurance which was purchased in Wisconsin for our property in Necedah. I spoke with David, who said he was the owner of the company and almost immediately, in an arrogant and rude round about way, stated that they had so much business that they wouldn't insure the truck unless we were willing to dump our other insurance companies and get everything insured through Glavin. We are happy with our local farm insurance company and we had Glavin years ago quote the property for insurance and their quote was astronomical. All we wanted was a truck quote and he basically told us he didn't need our business as they had plenty. I would never talk to a potential client like this and I certainly would now never use them for anything. I spoke with someone from Progressive Insurance and they gave us a great rate, they were polite and they didn't hold us ransom for not insuring all of our assets with them. They were easily able to issue the Wisconsin property vehicle with our any attitude.
