I know that they do a great job when you are paying for service on your Lexus. But my experience has been far different for a recall situation. I have been waiting over a month to get a call back from their Service Manager, as I am told he is the only one to handle this recall. Three calls to him and still no response. It goes against all of the comments about their great service and attention to detail.
