I now receive a gas bill of well 4500.00 euros !!!...

I now receive a gas bill of well 4500.00 euros !!!!!!! ENI, having never billed gas consumption since 2010 !!!! "due to some technical criticism there was a delay in issuing invoices" textual it seems absolutely crazy !!!!!! says the guarantor ???
