At first I thought peco was a good place to there employees until I got to see first hand how cruel they really can be. They single people out and will harass them until the person singled out is left wondering what they did to be treated so unfairly. They write people up for nonsense reasons and once they have there mind set they will do anything and everything to get this person fired. I saw them tear down, harass, embarrass and ridicule people for months on end. Then they left them jobless with no way to support themselves or their family. They were disrespectful and even told people that they needed to "change their face". People got occurrences for leaving early if a loved one was in the hospital or even on the brink of death. Someone even got into a terrible car accident right outside of peco and had to go to the hospital and they got an occurance. I would highly recommend never doing business with peco and even if it is a last resort I would recommend never working there. Save yourself the humiliation and heartache and move on before you to are left feeling confused, jobless, and unable to take care of your family.
