My family and I loved the stay. Everything from the check in, to the room and amenities, the kids zones, the dining options, everything was excellent. Great job Shangri La! I want to especially commend Arif (I think!) from the Line for his excellent service during our dinner on Dec 28th. Really went out of his way to make sure everything was good for my kids and wife.
