I recently started taking Pilates classes at Enfoque Saúde - Estúdio de Pilates and I'm loving it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and create a supportive atmosphere. The studio is clean and well-equipped. I feel stronger and more flexible after each session. Highly recommend this Pilates studio! 💪
