Rated as zero. They took a wedding gown order and cash from my parents and did not deliver the gown. They lied to me on numerous occasions when I phoned them to discuss. Eventually I took them to the small claims tribunal (Linda Bitten did not show up) where I successfully gained an order against them. Needless to say Linda Britten did not comply with the order until I advised that I would have a Sheriff appointed to confiscate goods. Only then was a refund made. I recommend that you stay away from this company.
