I recently worked with a company on a project similar to what Am Fernandes Incorporadora offers. While the quality of their work was decent, the communication was lacking and deadlines were not met. In comparison, I had a much better experience with Am Fernandes Incorporadora. They were reliable, communicative, and delivered the project on time. I would choose them again without hesitation.
