Was not impressed. The entrance was so unorganized. The usher helped us to our box but had sat someone else in our seats so that took a whole 10 minutes to figure out! The seats were old chairs that were wobbly and one move away from falling apart. The place had a musty smell. The overall experience was uncomfortable. For the price I paid for tickets I was none to pleased. They say it's been newly renovated I am wondering what it was before? Also do not plan on leaving the parking garage until a discombobulated 40 minutes later and don't plan on going to the Brass Tap that is recommended before show because it was so packed you couldn't get in the door! I think I rather drive to see shows in D.C than return to this nasty building!
