My experience on this exchange was not so well documented cause the money I make in the market of trading in this exchange was taken away from me in 2020 - 2021 I know for me the money I deposited was not much but the money I made with in the market was so much so I can’t imagine losing that money but tidex made it hard in 2020 I asked so many questions but none was answered those years it was now I received an answer which is from the new tidex exchange tidex.io which the information they gave me was all that helped merging to the new system which I did that was how my account got access to me and my thinking was over this was how I successfully withdraw my funds so the experience with the exchange was not so good but I’m happy it ended up good
