The experience at Hong Ning Restaurant was subpar. The food was mediocre, and the service was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and not very friendly. I ordered the Chow Mein and it lacked flavor, it was quite bland. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning.
