Not like another 1/5 star review is needed but run...

Not like another 1/5 star review is needed but run as fast as you can away from this company if you have the choice. My loan was sold to them so they can "service" it. What a joke. They have no insight into their own payment processing service. Make a payment and it disappears into the ether for them. Want to contact the payment processing company directly? They don't even have their phone number...only their email address. I am seriously considering refinancing my mortgage (to a higher rate even) to get away from this company. They could offer me an interest free mortgage and I would still decline. Not to mention their payment website looks my 10 year nephew designed it and their official website SSL certificate isn't even valid. I mean how horrible of a job can you do before someone hopefully gets a class action against you. Pitiful is the best word I can use to describe them and that is being generous.
