I had a mixed experience with American Service Network CORP. While their website, asncorporation.com, provided useful information about their services, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. However, once my issue was escalated to a supervisor, they were able to resolve it efficiently. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
