I love the service provided by Poly/Sharp Knife Service, Inc.! Their knife sharpening service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They always make sure to understand my needs and deliver accordingly. The knives come back razor sharp, making my cooking experience so much better. Definitely recommended!
