The loan process with this company was not smooth....

The loan process with this company was not smooth. It took longer than expected and involved a lot of paperwork. The interest rates were high and the repayment terms were inflexible. The customer service was average, they could have been more responsive to my queries. Overall, it was not a great experience. I would not recommend this company for business loans.
