Amina replied promptly to my inquiry as well as all my follow-up questions. Subsequent orders have been met with the same level of professionalism and promptness, regardless of how small or large the order. And when I ordered polos for the first time, Amina showed great patience in answering my numerous questions about their product line. I was even able to take samples back to the office. The entire process from start to finish (original inquiry, digitizing logo, ordering, invoicing, pick-up) has been seamless.
