I had an average experience with Sunrise Rigging INC. The customer service was satisfactory but the overall rigging process could have been smoother. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but there were some delays in getting my equipment ready. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort put in by the team. I would consider giving them another try in the future.
