Bad experience!

Bad experience!
It was the first time I visited it, and I left with the worst experience.
First; They charge me a high price to stay in a room with bad hygiene.
In second; it is a vile stupidity that its same facilities of day works for partner and of afternoon for the others, that foolishness that after a bad experience you understand how the hotel is handled ABSURD!
And third; I did not know the hotel !!! And how bad was the treatment I received from the waitress captain when I made the mistake of entering the wrong restaurant.
The client is treated with simplicity and humility, not arrogance. And from one to another staff; I received a bad treatment.
