I was back here literally 1 week after I picked up...

I was back here literally 1 week after I picked up my vehicle from yet another reoccurring suspension airmatic issue. This time, my battery light went on and the car would not turn left or right. I was with my 8 year old at 7 PM. Thank God I was near home and not on a highway. I was assure by management all was taken care of (check up) last week. I paid and fixed the code last week. I trusted Fort Washington Mercedes to do this right for me. I m here again. Management at service refused to give me the name of their regional director. I m disgusted and feel betrayed. This place is filled with unskilled technicians and that s why the service department is always busy and not the sales department.
