As a customer of Africa safari experts, I must say that they provide an average service. Although they were able to arrange a safari for my family, there were some issues along the way. The accommodation was not as luxurious as we expected, and the tour guide seemed to lack knowledge about certain animals. Overall, it was an average experience.
