I have been a customer of East Valley Yamaha Music School for several years now and I must say that my experience has been average. While the instructors are knowledgeable, the customer service could use some improvement. The staff does not always respond promptly to emails or phone calls, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the school could benefit from more modern teaching methods and resources. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
