Frustrating experience. I purchased two packages with high hopes for effective press release distribution, but the process has been anything but smooth. Despite meeting all the requirements, my submissions were repeatedly questioned, either due to content concerns or issues with account setup. Each attempt to publish my releases was met with new obstacles, which made the experience feel more like a lengthy interrogation than straightforward distribution. Communication was inconsistent, and it left me feeling unsure about what was needed to move forward. Overall, I found the service to be far less reliable than expected.
