I have been a customer of the housing authority of Plainfield for a few years now and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The staff is generally helpful, although there have been instances where responses were delayed. The application process was straightforward and I was able to secure affordable housing relatively quickly. The maintenance team is prompt in addressing any issues, and I appreciate their efficiency. While there is room for improvement, I would still recommend the housing authority of Plainfield to others in need of affordable housing options.
