My experience with Cap Rate Realty was not as good...

My experience with Cap Rate Realty was not as good as I hoped. The staff was friendly but not very responsive to my concerns. There were also issues with the property that were not addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I would consider other options before renting from them again.
