We had a satisfactory dining experience at Escobar Aspen. The food was good and the service was decent. The staff was polite and attentive. The ambience of the restaurant was pleasant. We tried a few dishes from their menu and they were enjoyable. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, a satisfactory dining experience.
